Established in 2001, Community Care Educational Services (CCES) is approved by the California Department of Social Services to provide certification programs for administrators and staff of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facilities (ARF). We offer the training programs 40 hours for RCFE and 35 hours for ARF required for initial certification, and also a continuing education program for administrators and certificate holders seeking recertification.

Milagros Tinio-Buenviaje, M.D. leads all CCES courses and also provides private consultation services. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and served the State of California for 25 years as a physician at Agnews Developmental Center. Throughout her career, Dr. Tinio has cared for elderly and adults in a hospital setting, assured licensing compliance, and worked to place individuals with community care providers.
Leonida S. Buenviaje, RNC is a consultant and nurse instructor for CCES . Graduated nursing from Englewood, New Jersey , she favored the fields of both geriatrics and psychiatry .Currently, she is working for Sequioa Hospital in Redwood City.
Aimee Buenviaje teaches First Aid & CPR classes. She is a certified instructor by the American Red Cross. A cum laude graduate of Boston University in Pre-Med/Psychology, Aimee currently works for the State Compensation Insurance Fund as a benchmark consultant. |
