Established in 2001, Community Care Educational Services (CCES) is approved by the California Department of Social Services to provide recertification programs for administrators and staff of Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facilities (ARF).

Milagros Tinio-Buenviaje, M.D.
Milagros Tinio-Buenviaje, M.D. leads all CCES courses and also provides private consultation services. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and served the State of California for 25 years as a physician at Agnews Developmental Center. Throughout her career, Dr. Tinio has cared for elderly and adults in a hospital setting, assured licensing compliance, and worked to place individuals with community care providers.
Aimee Buenviaje, MBA
Aimee Buenviaje teaches First Aid. She is a certified instructor by the American Red Cross for over 18 years. She is a cum laude graduate of Boston University in Pre-Med/Psychology. In 2011, she obtained her M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco. Aimee has been working for State Compensation Insurance Fund for over 20 years and is currently a Finance Business Partner.
